Reiki Healing Journey: Three 60-minute Sessions

The word Reiki comes from two Tibetan words: 

Rei – Universal or spiritual wisdom
Ki – Life force energy

Reiki works gently and intelligently, supporting the body, mind, and emotional system exactly where it is needed.

I practice Reiki within the traditional and original Usui method practiced by Dr. Mikao Usui in Japan. I have been activated by the same lineage of healers dating back to its origin. This healing modality has its origin in Tibetan Buddhism and is also known as KA in Egypt, PRANA in Hinduism, and CHI in Chinese medicine.

When this energy flows freely, we feel grounded, clear, and well. When it becomes blocked or depleted, we may experience stress, fatigue, emotional heaviness, or a sense of disconnection from ourselves. 

During a Reiki session, universal life force energy is guided through the practitioner’s hands to the client’s energy system. Because Reiki works on an energetic level, it can support both physical relaxation and deeper emotional healing and integration at the same time.

Unlike many other healing methods, Reiki does not manipulate or direct outcomes.

Instead, it:

• works gently and safely
• adapts to each person individually
• supports what your body is ready to release or restore
• continues integrating after the session ends

No, as long as you come with an open curious mind, that is more than enough.

You do not need to understand Reiki, spirituality, or energy work before coming to me. You do not need to arrive with the perfect question or know exactly what you need. You can simply come as you are.

I don’t believe spirituality should be detached from real life. Spiritual insight can be integrated into modern life to help us feel whole, empowered, and deeply connected to what truly matters. Whether you’re navigating love, loss, career choices, personal growth, or deep questions you can’t quite name, I’m here to walk beside you.

Each session is unique. Reiki is highly intelligent and supports what your body, soul, and energy system are ready to release, restore, or strengthen at this time.

You will never receive a healing you are not ready for - for example, I can not help you clear away any specific trauma or problem if you are not ready for it (spiritually), which is beautiful, and knowing it takes off the pressure of you consciously needing to be ready to release anything.

Reiki can be experienced differently, but many people describe it as:

• Feeling immediately emotionally lighter
• A sensation of tingling in the palms and feet
• Warmth or gentle, colder waves of energy in the body
• A deep sense of calm and relaxation (many fall asleep during the session).

Reiki is not limited by time or space. Whether you are 2 cm or 2000 km is no difference, as Reiki will reach you exactly where you are.

As a Reiki Master Practitioner, the quality of my work doesn't differ based on distance.

Reiki Distance healing sessions are designed to be received remotely, allowing you to relax in your own space while the session takes place.

I intend to create a space where you can exhale, feel seen, receive clarity, and reconnect with yourself - so that you leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and a little closer to remembering who you truly are.

The rule of thumb is that there is no such thing as getting 'too much' Reiki. Reiki is very intelligent, more intelligent than our conscious minds. You will always get just as much Reiki as your body, soul, and astral body can take; it knows its own limits. 

Many people benefit from a series of 3 sessions close together if you’re new to Reiki or if you haven't had a session in a while. This is to support deeper energetic shifts. After that, regular sessions can help maintain balance and well-being.

Depending on your particular healing journey, the session frequency might vary. However, weekly to every other week sessions are optimal to keep momentum. 

If you are in doubt about the frequency of sessions, you can contact me, and we will tailor a plan specifically that works best for you and your higher self.

Think of Reiki like updating your inner operating system. The download finishes immediately during our session, but the installation (integration and upgrade) continues in the coming days. Your soul integrates right away, but it can take the body and mind a few days to adapt.

• Drink plenty of water right after and in the days that follow, as it helps to integrate the energy.
• Rest if your body asks for it, and take it easy on yourself.
• Journal any thoughts or emotions that resurface, as a good way to release what Reiki brought to the surface.
• Avoid any activities or overstimulation immediately after the session.

An Energy Reading creates space for us to explore what is currently surrounding you energetically, emotionally, and spiritually - whether you come with a specific question, a situation you would like guidance on, or simply feel called to receive whatever messages are meant to come through for you.

I use a combination of my intuitive and spiritual gifts, including clairvoyance and clairaudience, together with tarot and oracle cards, where I am intuitively guided, to support your reading.

Every session is different and completely personalized to you. I do not follow a fixed spread or formula - I allow the reading to unfold naturally based on your energy, your questions, and what comes through during our time together.

Tarot is a tool for self-reflection and intuitive guidance. Each card reflects energies and patterns already present in your life - helping you see your situation from a higher perspective. It doesn’t predict your future in rigid terms but highlights the most likely path based on your current energy.

Oracle cards, including angel decks, offer direct messages from your higher self, spiritual guides, or the divine. These cards often bring gentle reassurance, clarity, or empowerment. I intuitively combine tarot and oracle cards in every session to create a layered, meaningful message just for you.

My work is grounded in the belief that intuition is our most powerful compass - one that we all can tune into. 

I don’t believe in fear-based messages or rigid predictions. I believe in free will, energetic alignment, and your inner wisdom. I hold space for you to ask the deep questions, feel your way through uncertainty, and leave with grounded insight and energetic support. 

This is a judgment-free zone, and you are always safe here.

I understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend your session, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance.

All session fees are non-refundable. If you miss your session without giving at least 48 hours’ notice, the session and its fee are forfeited.

If I need to cancel your session and we cannot arrange a new time, you will receive a refund.
