For Reiki healing sessions: By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that all bookings are non-refundable, including cancellations or missed appointments. A session can be re-scheduled upon agreement. 

For Tarot readings: As this is a digital, personalized service, no refunds are offered once the order has been placed.
